In-person therapy sessions are available on select days, while we offer virtual therapy appointments throughout the week by appointment. We welcome both self-pay and insurance clients seeking mental health support, though sliding scale options are not currently available. Click below to view accepted insurance plans and access the appropriate booking link.
Your first appointment is your intake, where we’ll review what brings you to therapy, discuss relevant history, and collaborate on goals to create your treatment plan for mental health support. For self-pay clients, your initial appointment is billed at the standard 50-minute rate for therapy sessions. If attending in-person, click below for the office address.
When possible, I recommend meeting weekly for the first 6–8 weeks, then gradually transitioning to biweekly and eventually monthly or as-needed therapy sessions. If you are seeking virtual therapy, you are welcomed to register through the platform Grow Therapy and request to work with me directly via the link below. I look forward to connecting with you online.
